Visa On Arrival is issued at the airport for 30 days (VOA) or is issued online in advance (eVoA). It can be extended once for another 30 days at the immigration office while in Indonesia. The total validity of the visa is 60 days.
Renewal process:
- Send us a photo of your passport.
- We check if the it can be extend online or must be manual.
- In case the visa needs to be extended manually, we need to get your original passport.
- We take your documents and bring to the immigration office.
- About a week after we have collected your passport, you will receive an invitation from immigration to come for biometric.
A visit to the immigration office when extending your visa is MANDATORY
- After the biometric done, your passport will remain in immigration for about 4-5 days.
- Then we collect your passport from immigration and deliver it back to you.
